The Lung Health Centre screened its first patient today. It has been very challenging but the team on the ground in Bo has done fantastically well and also the team in the UK supporting them. The Lung Health Centre are currently in Sierra Leone for one month, screening patients, collecting data and building medical partnerships. This is important groundwork for the Lung Health Centre and our mission to help diagnose, treat and prevent the suffering of lung disease in the country. However, the rural electricity supply is very patchy and we urgently need a generator and fuel to ensure we can continue this project. We estimate that we need £500. Please can you help?
